Artron has established a production line capable of manufacturing high quality electronic board assemblies. Production line is supplemented with AOI (Automatic Optic Investigation) and X-Ray equipment in order to deliver products verified by intensive examination procedures. The manufacturing process is validated through ISO-9001 and AS-9100 quality standards as well as quality audits of main contractors of aerospace industry.

The products Artron designed and manufactured are used in safety-critic applications under extreme environmental conditions. The nature of these applications mandates an intensive verification and validation process thus the in-house testing infrastructure is a necessity. Artron now has the capability to emulate the harsh environments defined by MIL-STD-810F/G such as temperature, vibration and low pressure. The test infrastructure consists of a climactic chamber, a vibration test equipment and a vacuum chamber. In aerospace applications avionic subsystems are to be verified in accordance with MIL-STD-704 guidelines specifying the power lines requirements. Artron established a special-purpose test environment capable of carrying out the tests defined by MIL-STD-704.
