In Artron when we choose our teammates to work with, we pretend to choose from a wide variety of people for a very challenging climb. We would like to be with trained, dependeble, ambitious and passionate people for this climb. At the same time, we would like our new friends to join us to be interesting people who can add something from their distinctive ways of thinking, humor, compelling personal experiences and past achievements. We certainly don’t try to form a group of climbers with one ideal perfection. We are looking for skilled people who can support and inspire each other as part of teamwork.
